Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

  • We offer a full refund for products within 7-days of delivery.
  • Products must be returned in a sellable condition - unused, unworn, tags attached - if any (once tags are removed the items are NO LONGER returnable) 
  • To make a return/exchange, please follow the below steps: 

    • Click on the link and fill the information needed. 
    • After approving the return pick up based on the images you have shared, your package will be picked up by our courier partner within 72 business hours. 
    • Replacement will be delivered within 4-6 working days once the product is delivered to our warehouse. 
    • A pickup will be done once (which includes 3 attempts by the delivery partner). In case the pickup is cancelled by the customer, an additional charge of Rs.150 will be levied for initiating pick up again.

    Refund, Exchanges & Cancellations: 

    • Refunds can be received in source payment mode (for prepaid orders) or Store Credit (for COD orders)
      • Once the product is delivered to our warehouse, we will refund the amount of that product within 3-4 business days.
    • Exchanges: You can exchange an item purchased on with the same item or another item, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. 
    • Cancellations: You can cancel the order within first 24 hours of placing the order via email on or messaging us on +91 7229044101/ +91 7229032443
      • Once the order is shipped from our end, we cannot cancel the order. 

    Shipping Policy:

    We at Hair Drama know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we try to deliver your products to you as early as possible. 

    • Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you within 1-5 days. and delivered in 7-10 days once shipped.
    • To avail free shipping, minimum order value should be Rs. 500.
    • The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
    • For Cash on Delivery orders:
      • All the items in added in the cart should be applicable for COD
      • Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
      • You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
      • If the product is open, do not accept the order.
      • UPI/Credit cards/ Debit cards payment options might be available, depending on the courier partners.

    • Product Images are indicative in nature. 
    • Actual Product may differ from the images, as they are shot under studio lights. Please refer to the product specification for the product. 
    • All tie-dye products will vary from the images as they are hand tie-dyed, they will be unique every time.
