Return Policy and Refund Policy
We are happy to offer a 10-day return policy (fully refundable) for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached. We place “Non-Returnable if Removed” tags on each piece. Once this tag is cut, you can NO LONGER return the item(s). Please use scissors to cut the tags to prevent damage to the item(s).
Email us at email@example.com with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up.
After approving the return pick up based on the images you have shared, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 7-10 business days (Not including Sunday)
A pickup will be done once (which includes 3 attempts by the delivery partner). Incase the pickup is cancelled by the customer, additional charge will be levied for initiating pick up again.
COD Orders: Once the item is received by us, we will do an online refund via NEFT within 5 business days.
Prepaid Orders: Once the item is received by us, we will refund the amount of that item via NEFT within 5 business days or transfer via PayU money.
You can exchange an item purchased on www.hairdramacompany.com with the same item or another item, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. The procedure for the same is an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
We only accept cancellations within 12 hours from the time that the order is placed. To cancel an order, please contact us by sending an email at email@example.com with your order number within 12 hours.
