You can create an account on our website by clicking the account icon on the top right of the page and put all the details on the page that pops up.

What is the difference between Small and Medium Size?

Generally Small size fits below 10-year-old and Medium size is for above 10-year-old and adults.

What are the shipping charges and/or are there any additional charges?

We offer free shipping on orders over Rs.1000 and under that there is Rs. 50 shipping fees.

How do I make a payment?

We accept Master Card, Visa Debit & Credit Cards. We also have an option of net banking and Cash on Delivery.

How can I track my order?

You can click on the chat option on the bottom of the page and feed in your Order ID, email id to track your order.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you may cancel an order fully or partially within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. You can get in touch with our customer support with your order details and take further steps.

How do I return an item?

Can I change the shipping address of the order?

You can change the shipping address before your order is billed or shipped. This could be done by contacting our customer support with your order details.

How do I return a product?

We have 15-days Return Policy, returned products must be unused and unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with.

Do you deliver out of India?

Yes, we ship worldwide. You can place an order on our website

Is there a limit to the quantity that I can order?

No, there’s not limit. Each order is verified with you via email/telephone in order to ensure your security and confirmation.

What if I am not available when you deliver the order?

In case of Online Order, three attempts will be made and failure to which, the product will return to its origin until further instructions are given by the customer. In case of Cash on Delivery Order, the Courier Company usually calls the customer to checks their availability. Should the customer not be present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, three more attempts are made automatically.

What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?

If you notice that your product is damaged, please contact our team immediately and we will take care of It.

Can I book an order for delivery to more than one Address?

Each order is shipped only to a single address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I have ordered?

If a wrong shipment has been delivered to you, please contact our customer care within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, we have a 15-day Return/Exchange Policy.
