Return, Refund & Exchange Policy 

• We offer a full refund for products within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be returned in a sellable condition - unused, unworn, tags attached - if any (once tags are removed the items are NO LONGER returnable) 

To make a return/exchange, please follow the below steps: 

• Click on the link Click Here and fill in the information needed. 
• After approving the return pick-up based on the images you have shared, your package will be picked up by our courier partner within 72 business hours. 
• Replacement will be delivered within 4-6 working days once the product is delivered to our warehouse. 
• A pickup will be done once (which includes 3 attempts by the delivery partner). In case the pickup is canceled by the customer, an additional charge of Rs.150 will be levied for initiating pick up again.

Refund, Exchanges & Cancellations: 

• Refunds can be received in source payment mode or Store Credit. 
• Once the product is delivered to our warehouse, we will refund the amount of that product within 3-4 business days.
• Exchanges: You can exchange an item purchased on www.hairdramacompany.com with the same item or another item, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. 
• The procedure for exchanging is the same, click on this link -  Click Here - and choose the item that you want to exchange with. 
• Cancellations: You can cancel the order within the first 24 hours of placing the order via email on contact@hairdramacompany.com or by messaging us at +91 7229044101/ +91 7229032443
• Once the order is shipped from our end, we cannot cancel the order.

Shipping Policy

We at Hair Drama know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we try to deliver your products to you as early as possible. 

• Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you within 1-5 days. and delivered in 7-10 days once shipped.
• To avail of free shipping, the minimum order value should be Rs. 500.
• The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is canceled, lost, or undelivered to your preferred location.
• For Cash on Delivery orders:

• All the items added in the cart should be applicable for COD
• The pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
• You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
• If the product is open, do not accept the order.
• UPI/Credit cards/ Debit card payment options might be available, depending on the courier partners.
